Mark wanted to know how to cook some of his favourite Indian dishes.
In less than three hours he had made Onion Bhajis, Jeera Chicken, Vegetable Curry, Pilau Rice and three different chutneys to accompany the meal. That evening he invited his friends round to share the fruit of his labours.

Judith said: "We asked Chef at your Shoulder for help as I am vegetarian and my husband is a very enthusiastic meat-eater, and both having very busy jobs we had found ourselves caught in a cycle of eating the same few meals on rotation. Chef at your Shoulder showed us a few basic recipes which we could make in bulk to freeze and then adapt with various vegetarian/non-vegetarian options to give us a much wider choice of meals which could be made quickly but were also nutritious and healthy. Doing this in our own kitchen also showed us how easy it was to achieve tasty and satisfying meals, it was very relaxed and lots of fun!"
