Who is the Chef at your Shoulder?

The Chef at your Shoulder is Sancha Starkey. Having spent a number of years working in Government, I decided that it was time to indulge myself and follow my passion. I enrolled on a Cordon Bleu Diploma cookery course and graduated at the top of my class with a double distinction.

When cooking at home I enjoy classic British food as well as food from around the world, current favourites are Middle Eastern, Indian, Mexican and Thai. If I’ve had a bad day, kneading bread or pasta is a relaxing therapy.

My love for food is something I want to share with others and help them get to grips with the kitchen and cooking. With twenty years experience of good home cooking and a formal training I can help you to change the way you eat, and save you time and money.
